Micro rightsForensic enforcementBlockchain-secured records

License a voice for one campaign, one market, one season.

Micro rights are granular, priced, machine-readable permissions for a person’s voice, likeness and performance. TalentRights issues them for rights holders, clears them for the studios, brands and AI platforms that use them, and runs the forensic infrastructure that catches every use outside them. Every right, licence and piece of evidence is anchored on a public blockchain.

A micro right is one permission, fully specified.

A blanket release says yes to everything, forever. A micro right says yes to one thing: one asset, one set of uses, one territory, one term, at one price. Each is issued by the rights holder, bound to a biometric fingerprint of the asset, and monitored from the moment it is active.

From registration to settlement.

Five steps, in order. The first three issue and license a right. The last two make sure it holds.

  1. 01

    Register

    Rights holder or agency

Voice, likeness and performance assets are registered once. Each is fingerprinted and stored within its sovereign data region.

  2. 02

    Define

    Rights holder

Rights are composed one at a time: asset, use, territory, term, exclusivity, exclusions, approval and price. Published rights are discoverable by verified licensees.

  3. 03

    License

    Studio, brand or AI platform

The licensee takes the right as issued or negotiates in-platform. Approvals route to the holder, payment settles, and the contract is recorded against the right and anchored on chain.

  4. 04

    Monitor

    Infrastructure

The fingerprint is matched continuously across social, streaming, advertising and generative platforms. Licensed uses are logged. Everything else is flagged.

  5. 05

    Enforce

    Infrastructure and counsel

Unlicensed use produces a sealed evidence package: match confidence, source, timestamps, chain of custody, its hash anchored on chain. Recovery proceeds through licensing, takedown or proceedings.

Built for the three sides of every licence.

The holder who issues the right, the licensee who uses it, and the platform that has to prove it had permission.

Rights holders and their agencies

Register once. Issue rights on your own terms. See every use, licensed or not.

  • Compose and price rights per use, territory and term
  • Approve content before it is released
  • Recover value from unlicensed use with court-ready evidence
Request a rights audit

Studios, labels and brands

License exactly what a campaign needs, with a record that survives an audit.

  • Search rights-cleared voices, likenesses and performances
  • Negotiate, approve and settle in one place
  • Machine-readable, chain-anchored proof of licence for every asset you publish
License a right

AI platforms

Train and generate on consented identity, with provenance you can show a regulator.

  • API access to rights-verified talent assets
  • Validate a planned use against an active right before generation

A right is only as good as its enforcement.

The same infrastructure that issues a micro right watches for use outside it. Every asset is fingerprinted at registration, every platform is scanned continuously, and every match is scored, documented and, where unlicensed, pursued.

Anonymised sample data. Forensic audit services are in production for Tier-1 Indian film franchises.

Every record, anchored on a public chain.

Each micro right, licence, approval, payment and evidence package is hashed and written to Polygon. The hash proves what was agreed and when; the data itself never leaves sovereign storage. Anyone with the transaction link can verify a record without trusting our database.

What goes on chain

A SHA-256 hash of each record and a timestamp. Never a name, a voice, a face or a contract term. The content stays in sovereign storage.

Why it matters

Once anchored, a right, licence, approval or evidence package cannot be altered after the fact by either party, or by TalentRights. Disputes start from a shared, fixed record.

How to verify

Every record carries its transaction link. Anyone with the link can confirm on a public Polygon explorer that the record existed in exactly that form at that time.

Every right is verifiable by API.

Before a platform generates or a brand publishes, one call confirms whether an active right covers the use. The response is the right itself, so the fields a holder composed are the fields a licensee checks against.

What legal and security teams ask first.

A single, fully specified permission to use one asset (a voice, likeness or performance) for named uses, in a chosen territory, for a fixed term, at a set price, with optional exclusivity, exclusions and content approval. It is issued by the rights holder, recorded as machine-readable data, and bound to a biometric fingerprint so any use can be verified against it.

The rights holder, or the agency acting for them. Licensees can negotiate in-platform; the agreed terms are written into the contract and the right. The fees shown in the composer above are illustrative only.

Every registered asset is fingerprinted. The fingerprint is matched continuously against social, streaming, advertising and generative platforms. Each match is scored, checked against the holder’s active rights, and anything not covered is flagged with a sealed evidence package.

Each detection produces a tamper-proof package: match confidence, source, timestamps and chain of custody, all cryptographically verifiable. Evidence produced by the platform has been accepted across four jurisdictions.

Indian talent assets are processed and stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). US-East and EU-West regions are available for other markets. Nothing crosses a border without written authorisation. Processing follows DPDPA 2023.

Yes. A holder can withdraw a right for future use. Uses already licensed remain governed by their term. New uses fail validation, and monitoring flags anything that appears regardless.

Every right, licence, approval, payment and evidence package is hashed with SHA-256 and the hash is written to Polygon, a public blockchain, with a timestamp. Only the hash goes on chain; the content stays in sovereign storage. Anyone with the transaction link can confirm a record existed in exactly that form at that time, without relying on TalentRights.
